There r 12pts 2b grabbed tonite with 4 matches 2b played. So the top 4 psitions might b changed. To the top 4 who will b at the outing tonite, I will treat anyone of them to a round of drinks if they can leapfrog me by the end of the nite. Cheers!!!

Norwich v Everton
Can Everton defy critics yet again 2 record another away win 2 extend their amazing start 2 the season after season opening defeat by Arsenal? YES they DEFINITELY CAN!!! BeNo, Baseline n cHaOs got 2 pts 4 believing in their fairy tale continuing. BrUtUs n xking got 1 pt.
Villa v Fulham
Here's an interesting point. Teams who were beaten by Arsenal will win in the following week, provided Arsenal can overcome the A/H handicap vs them. RSP must have got wind of this trend as he's the only one reaping full points from this match. Redz came close with 2 pts n the rest of us have 2 settle for 1 pt.
Chelsea v Blackburn
Can BB's season get any worse??? Facing a goal-shy Chelsea, they must have fancy grinding out a hard-earned 1 pointer. Instead Icelandic Gugjohnsson shows his ice-cold demeanor 2 grab a hat-trick. Duff further rub salt into the wound 2 open his account against his old club. mercutioz n Baseline was let down by BB's dreadful display. The rest all grab a pt.
Crystal Palace v WBA
A relegation 6 pointer between 2 newly promoted teams. Almost everybody was impressed n sided with WBA for despatching Bolton on home turf. 1 pt for mercutioz n extremex for believing in the firepower of Palace's Andy Johnson vs WBA's defence.
Tottenham v Bolton
You will expect Spurs 2b more adventurous at home. This has a DRAW written all over it n was the consensus of the majority predictors. Henrik Pederson was the hero 4 Bolton yet again as a supersub. xking was spot on n BeNo got 2 pts for sticking out 4 a Bolton win.
Liverpool v Charlton
The Redz showed great character 2 register a back-from-behind win at Fulham n was the unanimous choice for everybody. Full marks 2 extremex, mercutioz n xking. BeNo was the odd 1 out in believing Charlton breaking their away losing trend at Anfield.
Southampton v Birmingham
Will Southampton lose yet again or will they register their 1st win? 2/3 of us certainly don't think so against a resolute Birmingham who kept Man U quiet at home. We were definitely lucky n have to thank Southampton for their woeful finishing n some excellent work by Maik Taylor in goal 4 Birmingham. BrUtUs, ChaOs n mercutioz gained maximum pts. Baseline n Redz got 1 pt.
Middlesbrough v Portsmouth
A Jekyll n Hyde performance by Boro at home n a wonderful save at point blank from Viduka by Hislop deny everybody at least a point for this encounter.
Newcastle v Man City
One leaky defence vs another leaky defence n wat do u get? LOTS OF GOALS!!! Souness must nearly got a heart attack at this display by his team. It was priceless looking at Keegan going thru a range of emotions ending with a dejected, disgusted, bewildered look as his team came back THRICE n still go home with nothing. mercutioz n RSP were burned for going against Newcastle at home. Everybody got either 1 or 2 pt for this encounter.
Man U v Arsenal
The 1st matchup of the Mother-of-all-matches of the season between the 2 Titans. Of cos, this will differs depending on who u support. (Attention:Reds n Blues fans) This was also the 2nd outing of this forum in conjuction for this match. Final Score: 2 - 0. Enuff said. mercutioz n RSP r the only ones getting 1 pt for believing in the Devils. Hopefully this IS the turning point for the Devils this season!!! 
OVERALL
Biggest gainer this week was UnLeAsHeD_cHaOs with a whopping 11 pts 2 snatch 3rd place from Baseline.
WELL DONE!!! 
He showed the most consistent form 2 accumulate the total over 2 nites. Another person 2b congratulated is xking, his 9 pts on the 1st nite was devastating, alas he was let down on the 2nd nite. Still he has shorten the gap between 5th n 6th position 2 a mere 8 pts. With this momentum, it will not b long b4 he challenged the top 3. Special accolades must be given 2 BrUtUs n RSP for joining the league n performing extremely well with 8 n 10 pts respectively. BeNo manage 2 pull level on the 1st nite n share the leadership spot with mercutioz, posing the penultimate question. Will there b a change of leader this week? Will mercutioz finally relinquish the leadership after 2 mths of EPL/Champs League action? After all the dust has settled, mercutioz is still the leader with a paperthin lead of 2 pts over BeNo. A change of leadership is inevitable in the coming weeks with cHaOs n Baseline all within striking range of the leader. -

THe Gunner's 49 unbeaten run come 2 an end at their bitter rival's hand. How will they response in kind against the freefalling Saints w/o any fit strikers? They nearly lost n manage 2 salvage a draw at the death... So did all of us, everybody was taken 2 the cleaner with a Gunner's win prediction.
Chalton v Middlesborough
Boro certainly lived up 2 it's reputation of a yo-yo team. Win 1 week, lose another week. Coupled with a strong home record of the Addicks n u get lot's of Draw predictions. Gratz 2 s|nneD n extremex getting FULL pts. mercutioz n xking got 2 n 1 pt respectively. They got their rewards by sticking with Boro again.
Everton v Aston Villa
Everton's winning streak must come at 1 point n wat better place than at home against the Villans. Gratz 2 Redz, mercutioz n xking getting FULL pts. BrUtUs got 1 pt.
Fulham v Tottenham
Spurs is defintely an overrated team IMHO, yet majority thinks Fulham is even worse than Spurs. Not so at home and with Steed Malbranque n Claus Jensen back in the side! mercutioz got 1 pt for sticking with the homew side.
Portsmouth v Man U
A lot of anti Man U fans among the predictors, yet none of them went 4 an outright Portmouth win, considering their current invincible form at home. Must b the awesome firepower at the Devil's disposal... WELL, everybody CRASH n BURN.
WBA v Chelsea
Chelsea was the big winner after last week's result between Man U n Arsenal. So they definitely will go all out this week, but wat a result!!! Everybody got some points out of this match but none got the scoreline correct.
Blackburn v Liverpool
The Rovers must b sweating when the mighty Reds come 2 town. Mark Hughes must have done some awe inspiring motivation, as they nearly cause a shock result of the week, by nearly winning. A record 3rd shutout of this week, nobody got ANYTHING for this match.
OVERALL
Congratz 2 s|nneD 4 a wonderful debut, amassing 7 pts this week. A total blowout week by this League's standard. A record 3 matches where nobody got any points at all. Results of the big 4 were certainly shocking with majority going with the favorites n crashing in 3 of them. Another 6 pts up for grab n the leaderboard looks the same for another week at least... -
