He will probably be able to attract some big name players,especially dutch players.
But whether or not he makes a managment impact in England,it's anyone's guess. -

Very likely he'll join Rovers.....Rovers badly needs a foreign coach ! No particular reason , just that foreign coach seems to be a growing trend in England !
To be successful , a foreign coach can sometime deliver , like Santini of Tottenham , he's doing a brilliant job at Spurs !
Or.......bring on Houllier ! -
