  agreed. it doesnt matter what one did elsewhere in other forums.
  the main thing is, if u are the moderator of a particular forum, there should be some minimum standard in your reply to let ppl know u are good, knowledable, fair and impartial in your opinion in the topic concerned.
  
  So if fling is greatly interested in this area and offer his help, I dun see y anyone shd vote themself out just bcoz fling is in.
