Surprise of the Season!

Sometimes it's tiring 2 see the same "old" teams at the top.
Last season, we saw a transformed Villa surprising everyone (including themselves?
) to take the 6th spot. With a little luck, they cld even hv qualified for the CL!
So who do u think wld be the SURPRISE package this new season?!
My pick = Birimingham!
Not my fav choice but I think they'll build on last season's "success" given some very good buys during summer - Gronkjaer, Izzet, Melchiot; n Fossell is still with them...he shd find more space this time with Heskey muscling around him

Tomas Radzinski,Claus Jensen and Andy Cole are all decent signings.

they are gd in defense n they invested quite alot in their team this season -
boro too... they bought quite a few good players at a bargain... Newcastle too...

You can't really be a success overnight i.e !
It's not a question of how many players they'd signed this season , it's a all-round thing !
From The Management , manager , trainer , physio , players , injuries , suspensions , fatigue ...... Consistancy must be there !
They have a long way to way to achieve what L'Pool , MU and Arsenal had achieve !
And by managing experience , Steve Bruce has the passion , still he's not there just yet !
And I dun see S.Bruce and Birmingham up there at the top just yet ! -

So far noone mentioned the Toons, coz they're big n good enuff to be up there... of course, they may still surprise everyone by fighting for survival this time round!
I'm basing on my hunch n the fact tat they did well last season n bot well during summer - ok, Heskey's now injured...but cld tat be a blessing in disguise 2?!
