Souness is not a BAD manager.
Its the disharmony in the clubs dressing room that's the cause of the recent poor performances on field.
He'll last long enough.I reckon they have a decent chance of doing well in the UEFA cup this year.Depends a lot on who they draw in the knock out phase though.

He's doing alright considering he doesn't have a reliable back-line , after WoodyGate left .
