  being sick for 4days...1st day slept 8hours, 2nd day 10hours, 3rd 6hours,4th which is last nite 3hours =.=" tok about insomnia...jialat man...

  Actually, maybe it's because the recent change of job lah... used to work normal shift then now work 7-11 on some days of the week. Past 2 days, past 11pm liao still cannot turn in, used to sleep at 10pm and wake at 4.30am or 5am... but now I sleep late, wake up late or sleep late wake up early eat breakfast then go back to sleep.
