  My areas cover hougang south all the way to serangoon gardens. Only under aljunied town council hor. I know across the road hougang ave 2 and 3 is hougang/cheng san town council liao, paiseh not my territory.

  hm.. so it covers kovan and not hougang rite (meaning hougang south and not hougang central)?

  Hanor, after upgrading dunno why they call it kovan, kovan is another area further down serangoon road closer to yio chu kang link.
