Stress, wat it that? More like a mental effect thinking of the result even though it may not happen.

- You are given a task of organising a event for a big scale of people
- You start to panick, worrying about the result. Thinking that u will definitely do a lousy job, or people commnenting that the event is a failure.
- In the end, u stress yourself and start to show sign of rejecting the task
- You Stress too much on the result, which may not happen

- By not worrying too much, u begin asking people for suggestions, going to the extend of calling people. Stretching number 1
- You surf the web a little extra to find out more about happening places. Stretching number 2
- You may even go down to the few places to test water. Stretching number 3
- In the end, most people are happy with the event and thank you for that
Common Excuses that may increase your stress level without u knowing
1. No time
2. Cannot Communicate well
