terrible shoulder pain

for some reason before i slept this afternoon, i felt this excruciating pain in my left shoulder and i cant support the left arm on it's on. either must use right arm to hold it or rest it on surface. which is why now i can type because arm resting on table..
damn it...
now the muscles in my right upper arm also aching like hell...

isit ur sleeping posture??? i sometime wake up my shoulder aso veri ache...

the pain happened before i slept...slept with the pain..
the last time it happened was during a camp..then forfeit..so jump and ended up with the same pain..
excercise ? i barely do that -
