What happens to you when you are under stress/ stressed out?

  I'll suffer from a breakout.
  
  I'll get very frequent headaches.
  
  I'll lose my appetite.
  
  I'll have sudden cravings for some kinds of food and refuse to eat any other.
  
  I'll become very unproductive, like I'll get so stressed that I don't feel like doing anything, and I don't! But the task at hand will constantly be on my mind.

  i start having headaches. ulcers develop in my mouth. my gastric gets hit almost immediately and my appetite dwindles.
