  yes.. its me n my Westside Pub survey again..
  
  k.. tis Silverstar Karaoke Pub is located at B134 Jurong East St.13.. its quite a run down place, but cozy by my standards..
  
  used to be [24 Hai Kim] meeting place b4 JE NPC was setup.. now its deserted cept for its regulars..
  
  i still go there once in awhile when i hav nothing much else to do or lazy to go far to grab a beer.. ehh stout actually.. hehe ")

  2nd floor la... directly above the Guardain Pharmacy.. above NTUC is Wen Yan Lo restaurant la..
