SPCA... a tragic place

is SPCA a non-voluntary org?
if so..i think u guys also can't expect excellent facilities there..
like many other farms and other adoption centre..
they need people to donate $$ and etc to them also...
putting animals to sleep really bo pian..
i think it still comes down to us..dun breed animals..sterilized yr animals if can...
and NEVER NEVER give people pets as presents -

Guess what I visit a pet's shop in Toa pay yo...today... saw a poor cute puppy shivering at the side of his METAL gate.. the air-condition is quite strong ... maybe the dog can't take the coldness.. and it's like shivering and whimpering. But i can't buy it cos' no time for a pet now. Very sad for the encaged animal. Don't know why the floor of the cage is also metal loh.

after reading this topic...i feel dat, if wanna get a pet, no matter u buy or adopt, no matter its a stray or pure breed, its juz a helpless animal waiting n wanting so much for someone else's love, care, concern n a good shelter...
juz put urselevs in the shoes lor...
everytime i see papers or heard news abt strays being torture or rared pets thrown out of the window, i cant help but i curse dem...but wad to do? since law cant bring dem to justice, dey cant escape Heaven's law...
so , wad goes ard, comes ard...
dun get a pet on if its cute when young, u plan to throw it away when its not cute anymore...
juz think carefully...if ur parents think dat having u when u were b4 13, u r cute...but past 13, u r no longer cute... dey throw u away.,..how ya feel?
