  i supposed u guys heard abt the cleaner who gave the 2.8mil ticket to the aunty who eventually won the money and decided to give 5000dollars as a token of appreciation or whatever.

  heard they both disappear already.... rumour that....... maybe $5000 now.. but supporting her for life....

  Personally, I think, there is no obligation.
  
  Just by giving money to one person is only going to help ONE person.
  
  Might as well use the money to benefit more people.
