  Will post recipes here....recipes are just guidelines for u and it is up to individual to make it look and taste good...
  
  Apple-Cinnamon-Walnut Muffins
  
  Prep Time: 20 min
  Total Time: 40 min
  Makes: 12 servings, 1 muffin each
  
  1-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
  2-1/4 cups Bran Flakes, divided
  1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar, divided
  3/4 cup chopped Walnuts, divided
  1/2 cup cinnamon-flavored applesauce
  3/4 cup fat free milk
  1 egg, lightly beaten
  
  PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Combine baking mix, 2 cups of the cereal, 1/4 cup of the brown sugar and 1/2 cup of the walnuts in large bowl. Add applesauce, milk and egg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  
  SPOON batter evenly into paper-lined medium muffin pan, filling each cup 3/4 full. Combine remaining 1/4 cup cereal, 1/4 cup walnuts and 2 Tbsp. brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter.
  
  BAKE 18 to 20 min. or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Serve warm or cooled.

  Caramel Coffee
  
  Prep Time: 10 min
  Total Time: 10 min
  Makes: 6 servings, 3/4 cup each
  
  6 Tbsp. ground MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or any variety
  1/2 cup caramel topping
  4-1/2 cups cold water
  3/4 cup thawed whipped topping (optional)
  2 Tbsp. chopped chocolate-covered toffee (optional)
  
  PLACE coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker.
  
  POUR topping into empty pot of coffee maker. Prepare coffee with cold water. When brewing is complete, stir until well blended.
  
  TOP each serving with a dollop of the whipped topping and chopped toffee, if desired.

  Cheesy Shepherd's Pie
  
  Prep Time: 10 min
  Total Time: 35 min
  Makes: 4 servings, about 1 cup each
  
  1 pkt. (1/2 of 11.75-oz. pkg.) cheesy mashed potatoes
  1 lb. ground beef
  1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  1 cup beef gravy
  
  PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Prepare cheesy mashed potatoes as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  
  ADD vegetables and gravy to meat; mix well. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish; cover with prepared Potatoes.
  
  BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

  Hot Cocoa Marshmallow Cupcakes
  
  Prep Time: 15 min
  Time: 1 hr 15 min
  Makes: 24 servings, 1 cupcake each
  
  1 pkg. (2-layer size) cake mix
  4 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
  1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  1/4 cup milk
  1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  
  PREPARE and bake cake mix as directed on package for cupcakes in paper-lined muffin pan. Cool completely.
  
  MEANWHILE, place 2 cups of the marshmallows, chocolate chunks and milk in large saucepan; cook on low heat until marshmallows and chocolate are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Cool at least 30 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  
  FROST cupcakes with whipped topping mixture; sprinkle with remaining 2 cups marshmallows and cocoa. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  
  Storage
  Desserts frosted or decorated with whipped topping should be covered and stored in the refrigerator.

  Herb-Roasted Lamb
  
  
  Prep Time: 5 min
  Total Time: 4 hr 5 min
  Makes: 8 servings
  
  1 cup dry red wine
  1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  3 cloves garlic, minced
  3 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
  2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  1 tsp. salt
  1 tsp. pepper
  1 butterflied leg of lamb (about 3 lb.)
  
  MIX wine, oil, garlic, herbs and seasonings. Pour over lamb in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight to marinate, turning occasionally.
  
  PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place lamb on rack in roasting pan.
  BAKE 50 to 60 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F (medium). Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

  Raisin Bran-Berry Muffins
  
  
  Prep Time: 15 min
  Total Time: 35 min
  Makes: 12 servings
  
  1-1/2 cups raisin bran cereal
  1-1/3 cups flour
  1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  1-1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  1 egg
  1/2 cup sugar
  1 cup milk
  1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  
  MIX cereal, flour and baking powder in large bowl; stir in frozen blueberries. Beat egg in medium bowl; mix in sugar until well blended. Stir in milk and butter. Add to cereal mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  
  SPOON batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  
  BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  
  NOTE
  Keep berries completely frozen until stirred into batter. This will minimize bleeding and gumminess in baked muffins.
