  Will be organising overnight cycling at west area.
  Suggestion Location: Bukit Batok, Jurong, Clementi, Clementi Jogging Track, West Coast & West Coast Park. Any other suggestion may bring up. We are cycling on road too.. So i suggest you guys to wear a helmet, just incase police "fine" you.
  
  Things to bring
  Bicycle safety Light
  Bottle of drinks
  small towel
  Helmet Needed (cost about 30 bucks/$30)
  Note!! Those not wearing Helmet, if police caught you not wearing the helmet, you will be fine! Not To Wear Helmet At Your Own Risk!

  1.)Jurong East (Meeting Time 12am. Gather everyone then we will move out.)
  2.)Clementi (Meeting Heng@ for cycling)
  3.)West Coast (Stop there at Ginza Plaza 7-Eleven to buy some drinks or market to buy some foods.)
  4.) West Coast Park (Relexing & Chit Chat to get to know one another.)
  5.) Own time, own target, carry on.

  To those who still going please msg me your contact. If not when the time is up we will leave the area and no waiting. For those who got my contact please do not give out my contact. Even so, no one can contact me if they using pte call or not in my handphone list. Only those in my handphone list will get thru me. Dont believe you can try.

  dun think u need to, if it's casual.
  
  cycling at night is fun cos:
  u dun really have to bother with heavy traffic unlike daytime. u could even cut across road junctions, albeit illegally.
  it's cooler.
  there wun be congestion (ppl & bike parking space) if u decide to take a break at some coffeeshop or eatery.
  
  i had done that before, cycling a total of 100km in a night from east coast park to cbd to bt timah rd to clementi and back and also branch out to other cool places along the way (like Mac's 24-hour drive-thru at king albert's park at bt timah/clementi rd). nice trip.

  Never heard before that cycling at night with a group of people need permit

  check out the traffic police's website. there's a rule for mass cycling on roads. if nothing happens, they usually close one eye.
  of course, in the context of groups of friends cycling it shouldn't be a problem.. permits are advisable if it's for a CCA event for example
