One time i actually tried the luge and it is cool. One go will be enough for me.
But if you guys can't get enough of it, you may try for two rides and above if
you wanted more. Cool rides anyway. Very Happy

Luge track and aerial chair lift cableway will be Sentosa's latest attractions

SINGAPORE : An Asian first is heading for Sentosa when it become home to an adrenaline-pumping multimillion dollar thrill ride.
The island will have a $5.5 million luge track.

It will be a 650-metre long meandering path that will start near the Sky Tower all the way down to Siloso Beach.

There are only 11 such track operating worldwide.

If once is not enough, more thrills will be just a chair lift ride back to the starting point.

Guljit Singh, Director (Property), Sentosa Leisure Group, said: "We thought that the luge is an exciting way to connect our hub of attraction...there are 5 attractions up there. This ride has been widely marketed as something that can be taken by both the young and the old. There's a lot of safety elements in the entire ride."

These include the use of helmets and the maximum speed of 20 kilometres per hour.

The rider will also have total control over the steering and braking system.

Construction is due to start in October.

In New Zealand, three luge rides will cost around 10 dollars.
