must see your overall system capability.
i tried this before.
p3 with fast burner very slow results....
p4 with same fast burner super fast......
also i tried the master and slave connection on the same fast burner on the p4 system.....master faster than slave config and connection...in fact slave a little retard....hehe
also check the options when you write the dvd...got any choice option?
if your burner can allow up to so fast speed...and u got the nedia (discs) that support up to that sped (which ever the slower), choose that setting...should be faster.
