Wheels for SAABs

  I really like the SAAB OEM twin-5 spoke 17" wheels, but having heard that they may be quite ex, one alternative might be the ROH wheels which look quite similar. Anyone looked at these before? Khai Wah has them.
  
  Dunno if they still have this colour but when I browsed the website before, they had "Black Ice" (basically gunmetal grey) which looks damn cool.

  I been to Khai Wah. Nice family run business. Besides ROH, they also carry the Fondmetal Tech5, which is what saabster posted in the PicStop. There's an elderly man there, maybe Mr Khai Wah himself. You can bargain with him. He seems more flexible than the other staff.

  These are very heavy rims and the design have been around for sometime liao

  I second Saabie. ROH rims are very very heavy. They are very strudy and strong though.

  That is still way Xpensive! even when you minus off the tires, the rims are being charged at about 850-900 per piece!

  I used to own a SAAB 95 with that ROH rims. I paid only S$1600 for 4 pcs with tyres (225/45/17) with trading in of the original SAAB rims at Khai Wah - Race Course Road.
  
  It is not that expensive afterall........
