Can the reverse sensors be sprayed with body colour paint?

  Since I am going to fix my scratches, I am thinking of spraying all the plastic parts to body colour.
  
  Anybody knows if the sensors will still work?

  u can try pasting a musking tape over it and see if it still works or not...

  I think they wil work too. I know for a fact the the sensors on the Audi are also spray painted. They work fine.
