  jus for collection purposes loh....like trading cards
  there is a "Post Office Kiosk" at Neopia Central
  can go there buy stamps and add to Stamp Album
  the stamps got different themes and designs, featuring all the different neopia characters.......
  can sell/trade/exchange them......
