this is correct and actual.
but IF you didnt tap out, you approach a General Ticketing Machine or those ATM-top-ups, you will find that your value is lower than usual. but in fact it is NOT lower, its the same exact amt, only tat you have to tap out during the next trans to get back the 'lost' amt..
a defect, but wun affect the $ in ur card/... -
