Action against rogue Premier members

How to handle premier members with Mod status who start offensive topics @ their forums? Is there a way to make them close the topic? Is it easier to get an ordinary member mod to close an offensive thread he started vis-a-vis his premier counterpart?

The incident is caused by a joke.
<798> coolger03 looks like ginny.
Then it became a problem when iveco was persistent.
Who should we blame?
Should we side with the premier member? Should we side with iveco? Should we side with coolger03?
As per statement made earlier. I will not comment on iveco's action, nor will I defend him from any deliberate statements on his removal as he has failed to stop after persuasion.
I will not in any way defend iveco, but I will defend coolger03, and the premier member. That will be my final stand should the adminstrator decide to call on any actions on anyone who I consider as friend. -

In the argument posted by the thread starter.
The thread starter has also made an offensive topic and made numerous offensive statements.
This is due to the fact that my friend coolger03 had already instructed him not to ask her to post, put her name in any thread, nor make any statements or issues regarding her.
Thus, my case for the premier forum member is that since the thread starter had already abused that, the premier forum member should not be removed as per freedom of opinion and speech as advocated by the thread starter.
The most important point is that the thread starter should not be entitled to any protection from opinion and speech since he had promptly refused my friend coolger03 the same.
My call to all reading this thread:
Please do not look on one side of the issue since someone has already outraged the modesty of others. His lack of genuine respect of others should not entitle him to respect from others. He can make offending statements so he must receive the same. -
To even call my premier membership friend a rogue, iveco has again made a remarkable offending attack.
I hope we all understand no one owes iveco a living. We, members inside sgforums, should not be pushed around, have our topics stopped when he can do anything he wishes. This is outrageous and unfair.
My pleas again to all. Sympathize with the equality status all should receive. Do not let someone take us for granted. Do not let them take sgforums for granted. Do not let them take sgforums for granted where they can post freely anything offensive to others yet stop others who are offensive to him.
Do heed my calls and pleas.
I only hope for the best in sgforums and do not wish to see someone having special status when we are all equal.

The problem lies with lack of transparency in dealings, nothing more, nothing less.
Iveco & I met @ fanfiction.net. He likes Harry/Ginny romance while I prefer Ron/Hermione. I only joined his forum @ his invitation since we like romantic HP fanfics. When we first met @ fanfiction.net discussion board, we discovered our common ground & began sending private owls.
During one of those exchanges, iveco told me he got a crush on his uni mate who look like Ginny from HP2 movie but he just too shy to make a move. In the end, she chose someone else and iveco very sad. I understand that 798 made that remark concerning coolger at a time when iveco was feeling down. It is likely he may have taken it out of context. Please don't be too hard on him.
