dun let ppl have the chance to backstab u.....
if needed, u might have to "e ren xian gao zhuang" to protect ur ass.....
it's hard to find on organization w/o politics.....esp if it's a big company.....but do wat u are suppose to do and be alert and know wat to do or say to wat ppl......shd be fine...... -
