  Yup... Working with such people... But only ONE which kinda bothers me... Backstabs people for the FUN of it... And TOO FREE liao... Nothing to do... Take high pay, low post... Nothing to do act like boss and interfere in people's business... Create trouble for people because nothing to do... Always let people do her job for her.... But she've got quite a good 'connections'... Scheming...
  
  My approach? When it doesn't affect my work flow I just stay CLEAR of her.... She backstabs me as long as it doesn't really affect or I don't know, I just don't care... When she does something which really BOTHERS me? Depends on her luck? If I'm FREE enough to 'entertain' her then I'll just STEP on her tail... I can be 'lazy' and bochap but I'm really kinda SADIST...? When I make my moves I usually ENJOY the BEST of it... And she knows... So... She usually just steer CLEAR of me too?

  Be it the the space of comapny is big or small, big or small no. of ppl are there in the company, just do ur work consciously, if they stabbed u becoz of ur work, i believe u can prove ur quality.
  But if they stabbed u n influence ur colleagues & friends, true ones will stay by u.

  to backstabbers..do let the person know u r not someone to be trifle with... some pple, even in the forums, like to climb over people's head, thinking they are easy prey cos they dun retaliate or is silent abt things...but when the tiger awakens, it can be horrifying...
