Preventions in an outing.

Sorrie i am new here, and i have not organize anything before so i would like to start this thread so that outings in future would not have hiccups.
Due to some commotions and miscommunications in the threads, maybe you all can help to sugguest some precautions that i can take to prevent.

For starters, try to make yourself contactable.

Don't organize any outings at all.

Well, although prevention is better than cure, screw ups do happen.
When they do, there is no need to b*tch about it. Just politely tell whoever concerned is much more effective. -

go to a few organised by others first?
the figure out the dynamics of everyone and from there, you can gauge what's going on

everyone was strangers until we met...
see if the outing owls start with their sentosa outings again soon.. or others.. there are heaps!
just like there's one for bowling on monday which i hope to be well enough to go to...
