This List is created here for those who are condem or black listed without knowing.
In order not to futher create unneccessarry argument, quarrel, misunderstanding, I sincerly hope that this list here could be use by the court for ppl that cross boundary to post.
Believe there are some forum that have their unwelcome guess, Moderator of each forum please state your fourm name and the person nick , I will go to the forum to certify that you are the moderator and update the list here. You may state the reason here if you want for the court further reference. -

All are welcome in DPS.
I don't think it is nice to ban anyone. But if someone has posted someting that I find not suitable in DPS. I will discuss with my other moderators to decide on the necessary actions to be taken.
Maybe to edit the post or something like that.

seems like all our dear forumites are still not so willing to review those other forumites that they hated.

Xiao Shin,
some people already forgotten about it, and wish not to pursue the matters any further. If they put up a list, it might flame futher ,and Courthouse will not be effective in reducing tension among flamers. Unless we are talking about active flaming and sniping that is still going on.... -
