No I dun buy travel insurance cos I dun hav $$$ to travel overseas in the first place...let alone to buy the insurance

airline oso will give some sort of compensation like free hotel stay, free meals.....
travel insurance usually not expensive lah......depending on region and no. of days......asia region....less than 10 days about $30-$40....
most ppl jus buy for the sake of buying but they dunno how to go about claiming small small things tt are actually claimable...... -

travel insurance usually not expensive lah......depending on region and no. of days......asia region....less than 10 days about $30-$40....

AIG is one of the cheaps ones but dun cover a lotta areas.....
oni good enuf fot short trips in nearby countries......
not sure if the >6 hours delay is industrial standard or exclusive.....
but usually, even if insurance co. dun permit claim, the airline oso shd have done something to appease the customers.....no one wants to be stuck at the airport with nothing to do......at least a free meal at one of the restaurants (jus need to show boarding pass) oso good mah....
my fren who was stuck in HK for almost 8 hours.....he damn dulan and went to complain and complain........then cathay pacific give him free upgrade to business class on his return flight.... -
