sounds exciting, I just went Australia last month..
almost the entire trip my classmate who is an army regular navigate most of our way, be it driving maps or footwalk... he's the MAN for the job!
I like to DIY travel, can explore places and see more things what others had never experienced in life..
its less safe to travel on own (without tour guides)
