SIA to fly A380s on Spore-Paris route from June
Singapore Airlines will start flying its Airbus A380 aircraft on to its Singapore-Paris route from 1 June 2009.
The daily A380 flights between Singapore and Paris will replace SIA's existing 10 weekly flights, which are currently operated by its Boeing 777-300ER fleet of aircraft.
This comes after the carrier announced last week it's cutting flights to some of its key destinations, including London.
In a statement, SIA said the move will allow Singapore Airlines to match the growing demand for seats from both corporate and leisure customers.
Paris is SIA's fourth A380 destination.
It currently flies its A380 aircraft daily to Sydney and Tokyo, and twice a day to London.
