Morning SQ 223 to Sydney will be cancelled from Mon to Thurs(B77W)
IAH(Houston) will remain in the SQ schedules for Q1 '09, despite reports of low pax load for Y class(presumably J and F class with cargo make it profitable).
SIN - FCO will drop to 2x weekly from 3x weekly now.
Early 772(ER derated models) - Few of them will have a hastened exit from SQ
Certain B747-400 and at least 1 B773 will also exit revenue service(not all though)
Certain B772ER(derated and non derated) along with some B773 will be refurbished.
SQ A380 has its average load factor around 90%, good for such a new aircraft and after 1yr and 4months have had its 1 millionth pax!
Reports show SQ608/9 to/from Incheon(Seoul) will be cut. Inside sources within SQ(PR, HR and Ticketing Dept) tell me the next destination for the A380 will be Paris(!!!). SQ has also begun services to Riyadh via Abu Dhabi and will begin services to Kuwait(!!!). It seems that their MEast expansion is well and truly underway!
its actually 107 flights from departure.A380 now got 30-50% discount thats why the sudden surge in paxs.HKG flights been eaten by Cathay Pacific who else's.Anyways i believe SIA wont sit down and do nothing they will find more new routes.Swissport will close shop on 31st Mar and probably Swiss Airlines @ Tiger Airways will be handed over to SIA subsidiary SATS where All Air Asia flights and Northwest will be given To CIAS

Oh btw, Northwest is now Delta.

Most(if not all) of NW's planes are being repainted into Delta's colours... Even the DAMNED old DC 9s...
Really puzzling... Why is the new DELTA using DC9s? So bledy fuel inefficient.
