Women pilot for commercial airlines?

Does anyone know why we dont see women flying commercial planes?

You mean in Singapore or overseas
Overseas got women pilot one leh
maybe they scare
if the pilot is male
then the co pilot is female
then later instead of flying the plane
later they chit chat or busy dating
cannot concentrate anymore

It's because there are two few women with the same amount of spatial abilities as men.
In western side, they got higher population, so based on the law of average, female pilots can "pop" out. -
Definitely not in SIA currently... And if there is... News sure big big pop out one.

Silkair has a few. Likewise for AirAsia.
But don't expect to see a female captain for at least decades. Co-pilot, yes.
It is simply a male profession. -

Yes might be have some (but not Singaporean)? But in term of nationality, I believe up till now, there is no female (Born in Singapore) pilot. Maybe I can send a email asking them.

Female commercial airline pilots in the US are fairly common. Log on to LiveATC.net and listen to a live ATC feed from any major US airport; you'll usually be able to catch a few female voices in the mix.
I've flown on a number of flights where a member of the flight crew was female. The most recent was a Northwest Airlines flight this past summer from Portland to Minneapolis, where the captain was female. -
