Why not check out their website. I'm sure they may have something like that. Or at least a "Contact Us" option?
Anyways, don't get too worked up. Not worth it but at least make your unpleasant experience known to their office lah. I am sure they will appreciate your feedback.
My MIL had a bad experience with SQ when she travelled to Toronto. Guess what? On her way back to S'pore? She got bumped up to First Class!

Oops, I have to clarify that SQ do not fly to Toronto. It was a mess up at London. Something about the connecting flight though.
