I think this is or more or less an acid test of Tiger Airways given the previous failure of Valuair to venture into Australia.
Maybe some mths later, with more propaganda (in the recent NATAS fair the NT had promoted their wild very heavily to extensive scale.), the load factor might be consistent.
Frankly speaking, Singaporeans nowadays are damn tired of City-like hectic lifestyle, and wanted to retreat to the wild.
Hence they might want to look for Darwin and Northern Territory for retreat, where there were many national parks trips, fishing in the wild and all other sort of wild programmes.
And so this builds up a consistent load factor.
