  You can never tell who will be the winners until the last minute lah. There is still the 2nd round voting by the judges.
  
  But the first round is also very important. It is actually a nomination round. Under the new rules only those poems with at least one vote will proceed to the second round.
  
  Beside those poems with more votes will surly catch the judges attentions.

  1st poetry writing competitions got two winners mah. So this round you are the judge but next round TX will be the judge together with this round three winners.
  
  But this is not compulsory, they reserve the right to reject or accept the offer.
