Can't really remember whether I have one now.
But I know of those C++ programmers who do serious programing since they are kids. Now their programming skills are like "god". Sometimes, really envious of them.
But i guess tian sheng wo cai bi you you. Everyone has their capabilities. Also you gain some, you lose some. -

Had quite a number of heroes while growing up...can't recall all of them now. And there are usually one or two in every of my field of interest...
In science my hero would be the late Carl Sagan...cosmologist and scientist.
In astronomy...Leslie Peltier and Galileo.
As a child I always wanted to be an astronaut...so the whole NASA organinsation was one of my heroes too
...And then most recently when the chinese put the first taikonaut in space....they become my heroes too...but hero worshiping is kind of less intense now that I am no more a kid but I do follow all the latest development in space explorations...like a kid once more .
In sports...gosh there is practically one in each sports that I follow...everone in my favorite EPL team, Michael Chang (Tennis), Alain Prost (Motorsports),...too many actually .
And then in poetry...there is Deadpoet. The poet extraordinaire
But then if I had to choose one...than it would be my late dad. I still miss him after all this years. -
