The Broken CatMy broken cat.. Lazy, yawning...
YET lies a TRAP...
My mean old cat...
RATS....
It enjoys its life NOT for the food he's fed...
But for the tiny little mice he catch...
My CAT. DREAD...
Walking proud the moment it's fed...
'Kitty eyes' the moment he's hungry...
Unwittingly, replay its 'trap'....
My FAT OLD CAT.... BROKEN.
With a broken leg, it still CATCH...
Insects which failed to hide in corners..
Speaking BOLDLY... SLAP!
My poor old cat no meaning in life...?
Licking its paws and throwing its weigh...
Making its rounds of parades...
Showing its fur and shape....
Yet its indulge not from honours of his duty..
Nor the call for its pathetic attention....
Its life BLOOMS... From a world of its own....
Of its own twisted manifest...
"My right paw's a claw....
That weighs down on your body...
Struggle my poor own boy...
Struggle.....
The rest are just redundant moments,
both you and I dreamt of...."
