Are you afraid of death?

Frankly, I am not really afraid of death. When the time for me to die, I die. Simple as that.
What I am really afraid is the death of my loved one, my friends, my family members, etc. I ever lost three of my family members within the short span of two and a half years. One after another........
I am not too sure if I can take another death.

i think most ppl are not afraid of death. we are jus afraid of the events surrounding death (sustained periods of pain and misery, old age, etc) and the uncertainty surrounding it - before dying and after dying, and esp the latter.Originally posted by DeadPoet:Frankly, I am not really afraid of death. I'm not afraid of death as it's a natural process and everyone has to go through it....
what i'm afraid of is whether I've lived life fully...... -

Not afraid... Of myself, of the people around me... I guess the only thing I would have are regrets... For the things I chose not to do (yet?).... For the things I've not done....

I agree with everyone, I am not afraid of death, i am afraid of the moments before it, and death of my close ones, iam afraid of what i regret not doing....

Seriously, I totally agree with you. I think I can face death, but not of those that are around me. That I cannot face.
