  hmm, not sure how this kinda thing normally goes about since i've never experienced one, really .
  
  Why I suggested National Library (the open air area) is becos its normally not crowded and also becos if its informal setting and FOC, more of us here, also the new members and non-working students, would be encouraged to go. Well, just something for everyone's consideration lah.
