Ratings, what does it mean?

  Noticed the rating for DPS(S) has gone up.
  Pardon my ignorance but can anyone tell me what those figures mean? Isit we are crapping more?

  OK, time to bug u all again.
  A. rating went up to 20.5 but ranking slipped a few places for DPS.
  just dun understand.
  (cos i like numbers, esp. if i got all 6 correct in Toto)
