  if you're using MSIE, just click on the "edit" then highlight the link, and click on the URL box just above with the B, i, u, Quote and the other boxes
  
  or the manual way, just put in [ u r l ] without the spaces in the beginning of the link and [ / u r l ] at the end...
  
  another way is to put [ u r l = www.yourlink.com ] NAME OF LINK [ / u r l ] (again, without the spaces) and the part "NAME OF LINK" becomes clickable text
