Haha... its precisely because one of their arm is already being handcuffed that they don't carry their firearm.. cos how to take out the gun, aim and shoot with only 1 free hand? Its possible to kill with one hand and unarmed too btw. Its just that you are probably going to end up having to make your escape with a dead fella still handcuffed to you lah, if he dosent carry his key with him. Not sure if MPs do so. -

how old are you? do you know these situation are known as EXCEPTIONAL cases..... or you havnt being in NS before and you donno what is happening?
