Sign-On Police Interview.. questions and advice

Hello, I have an upcoming Police Officer interview this coming Tuesday.
I was wondering how the interview will be like. Anybody want to share their experiences?
What kind of attire should I wear? Smart casual? etc Long sleeve shirt with long pants? Do I need to wear a tie? Does this apply to all interviews?
and in my list of items to bring, they mention a set of shirt and shorts... so are you supposed to change into that after the interview?
Also, I heard there are 2 interviews in total, and 1 medical test. But you only get invited to 2nd interview if you pass the 1st one. After 2nd one, if you pass, they will ask you to go for a medical test, which also means you got the job already. Kindly correct me if I'm wrong.

If a corkanathan like my Cousin can get in, i think u sure can...he is the most retard PO i have ever seen, wun mention wat things he screwed up cos i think dat will tarnish image and professionalism of SPF so i will not reveal lah. Fellow POs ask me, 'Eh, how come u and ur cousin so different ah ? U got to talk some sense into him if u can or if he can be talked into'. I really wonder who let him pass the interview, seriously...it has always been on my mind for 5 yrs liao...haha
