Is it alright to distribute pics of strangers?

You go outing, you snap pictures of people you have hardly any idea about. They are practically strangers. They happen to be where your outing is held. And the thing is you delibrately take pictures of them without their consent. You distribute the pictures of the outing among just the attendees. Distribution of the pictures is beyond your control from that point onwards, which is understandable.
Please discuss the above. Not seeking a right nor wrong response, but your unbiased opinion.

When I go outing , I aspect that pics will be taken.
as long the pics is not I am peeing or changing.
as long at the end if the pics comes back a copy to me I am fine with that. -

if that person clearly state that his/her pic are not to be taken then we should just respect it....
like i stated above...a pervert can be anywhere..u wont know till it's too late...therefore a stranger maybe even nicer than one of those that attended the outing.... who knows...Mr cortex got another nick have always been going to all ur outing??
