Err some beggers are very rich!!
Like there is this begger near my office and he is always going around begging for money. Then once my collegue queued up behind him at POSB and happened to glance over his shoulder when he is looking at his bank book.
She told me that he had like 50k inside his bank! Now everytime when he begs from her, she calls him a liar and a cheat.
Well, some are really under desperate conditions but I will never give $$$. Maybe food. -
