instead, restrict urself to one serving, and o cos make sure the size of the serving is reasonable - as per normal, perhaps a little less, but certainly not more?

Ok, my method when eating out at kopitiam or hawker centre. Don't order cold drinks. Order hot drinks, teh, kopi, milo also can. I know afternoon very warm lah, but warm or control diet more important? Order your one serving first, though I know sometimes very hungry feel like can eat mee pok tah and small plate of chai tow kway, but order just the mee pok tah first. Finish it and drink finish ur drink. Confirm you feel like chai tow kway can order another time liao.Originally posted by Patty:The main problem is..... how to control?

Eh i think the drinks can control lah.....bring a bottle of plain water and go for lunch, so u no need to order drinks! Or otherwise if desperate for some flavoured drink, then go for the unsweetened drinks - kopi and teh KOSONG! or the best is the OO LONG CHA unsweetened from the can...wah dat one my favourite, but beri ex leh.... Or if not then the soya bean drink or chin chow ask for no sugar syrup.Originally posted by ditzy:Ok, my method when eating out at kopitiam or hawker centre. Don't order cold drinks. Reduce sugar intake, sugar is a contributor to fat!!!
hmmm i got it from Dr Phil McGraw weight loss solutions and he often says that in his show. Its all up to you, whether u are determined enough to control. You are what you eat.Originally posted by wuming78:think this may not be tt easy to determine for some.
