Taken over by Police...

...the Nicoll Highway Collapse Site has been taken over control by the Police after the sudden announcement of the halt in Search and Rescue operation.
Now, it has entered into a recovery phase, where CID and forenic science experts go into the site to collect and photograph evidences.
Someone must be at fault in the design of the structure... till the investigation is over... we can only offer our condolences to the deceased family members.

most suay is cannot recover the body , dead cert cannot issue . have to contiune pay installment for HDB , insurance.... the rest of the bills.
think those alive suffer more than the dead. sigh.............. -
