What is your First and last drink of a day ??

  Age : 10 - 25 yrs old
  I use to start with coffee black in the morning and coffee at the end
  
  Age : 25 - 33 yrs old
  morning coffee night Beer.
  
  Age : 33 -
  morning Milo with milk - night before 8pm coffee after 8 beer
  
  Don't know am I aging or what , if I drink coffee at night after 8 I can't sleep, if I take millk at anytime of the day I will L.S
  
  What about you? Anybody has the same problem?

  baby> whole day drink milk
  now> whole day of plain water... hahahaha sometimes while dining out will drink ice lemon tea or green tea

  This is my standard protocol which i adhere to without fail currently.
  
  Morning during breakfast: Tea(milk and sugar)
  
  Afternoon during lunch or brunch: Tea(milk and sugar)
  
  Evening after dinner: Tea(milk and sugar) or Expresso (whichever is available or both within a 4 hr span)
  
  Night before going to bed(without fail): Tea(milk and sugar) or Expresso

  since started working, kopi- o thick thick in the morning..
  at night ah, depends, poor that time drink water onli lor, rich den go and drink better like beer etc

  anybody here last time can take cool drinks anytime of the day and now hot drinks all the time?
  
  I see many of my friend inculding me , last time always cool drink or soft drink, now always hot drinks even in the afternoon .

  Yeah, like me. Sign of oldness. I drink hot drinks all the time even if sweating away in kopitiam eating laksa. You'll only catch me drinking cold drinks if no hot drinks available. Ditzy si lao ah pek liao.

  i don't have a first or last drink of the day
  
  some days i start with a whiskey coke, some days it's tau huay chwee
  
  some days i end with bandung, some days tea ....... happy can leow i guess
