Last Sat, GF called wake me up in the morning and fetch me to a car dealer, I sign a pile of doc and being the first time in my 33yrs I am a car owner now. She is paying for the monthly loan, as I am not interested in driving and my coy does not entiltle me to drive to work she drive most of the time.
so should I say she bought me a car?
Incase you ask, its a Honda FIT 1.5 -

Your GF is paying the rent to drive your car.

Although, you may have signed for the title of the car. Your gf still has a rightful stake in the full ownership of the car. If the courts were to trace back on the monthly payments for the car, they will find that your gf has paid for all the instalments. The simple reasoning being, she paid for it but she is letting you use it.

2) No it would not affect your income tax, but help you 'offset' your taxes ie road tax, coe...
3) Well, she bought the car since she is paying it for you. Unless she tells you this is my present to you. -

FOS it only means that you are legally responsible for payment of the car if she defaults on it.
