How to make more babies.....

Gahmen's proposal for the 6 months long vacation is not going to solve the baby blue issue.
Wat the gahmen should do is to focus.
In my opinion, I think the greatest hurdle to making babies is a ladies career...... already with the 2 months leave and months of torture, this has prompted many bosses to sack or rather resist hiring ladies......... so tackle this problem, the gahmen should instead propose the following...
1) Scrap the 6 months leave and cap it at max 2
2) create a no sacking policy for mothers to be
3) encourage promotions (career) to new mothers
4) encourage companies to increase pay for new mothers.
What do you guys/gals think .... this confirm work .. -

in a way, it is true lor...the companies will discriminate against women in the company, esp in their employment.
In the end, making babies is not about just money, there are things like the pressure-cooker lifestyle

Ture on the above........ these ladies are turely great .. .they sacrifies so much for the family and child etc ... but sad to say .. there are less and less of such woman nowadays liao ..... why??
because birth rate going down, meaning less of such "good" woman are left in Singapore !
Luckly I found mine ... dunnoe abt the rest ?!?!?!?
