I believe we have always heard of the saying that woman only gets to be more active in her sex life after 30s ie become more horny and wans sex ..... whereas for guys, it happends almoost on the onset of puperty.
Is there a reason for this ?!?
Could it be because woman mature much later?? <==== don get me wrong on this ... I know that woman starts maturing much earlier than man, but could their span of maturation be longer.. ie they end their maturity phase later than guys !! -

Gals and guys are different, girl sexual urge is by cultivate.
the more they have the experiance they will learn and enjoy doing it.
Gals won't have urge if they have not done it before.
Sex does not make a person mature, government does not set the rule for gals above 16 to have sex because the are not mautrue. -
